Carlos Flores was an ordinary New Yorker on his way to work one Sunday when he noticed a stranger pass out and fall onto the subway tracks. With minutes to spare before the next train was to come barreling through, Carlos jumped down and saved the man's life. He tells Rachael that part of his heroism stemmed from the fear of being late to work!
