Looking to get rid of a few wrinkles or shed those last couple pounds - without going under the knife? Dr. Anthony Youn demonstrates four of the latest breakthroughs in plastic surgery technology:

Breast augmentation

"Axis Three's Portrait 3D technology allows us to take a 3-dimensional photo of a patient and see what it would look like if they had different size implants," Dr. Youn explains. "The great thing about this machine is that you can also look at [the potential results] from different angles - from the side, from below or from up top."

Hair transplantation

"The NeoGraft machine is based on a vacuum technology," Dr. Youn says. "What we can do is use this machine to actually punch out the hair follicles [from one location] and then reverse the vacuum and put the hair follicles back into the new location. Plus, because we're punching it out hair by hair, you can technically take hair from your chest and put it on top of your head; you can take hair from your back, and even theoretically, you could take it from your armpit and put it on top of your head!"

Skin tightening

Dr. Youn states, "The eMatrix system is the latest in skin tightening procedures. This utilizes sublative rejuvenation, so instead of using a laser [which could harm upper layers of the skin], it uses bi-polar radio frequency, which basically causes heat into the deeper layers of the skin but protects the upper level."

Fat loss

"The Zerona achieves what we consider to be the Holy Grail of plastic surgery - fat loss, inch loss without any invasiveness, without surgery, without needles or without downtime. Dr. Youn says, "This machine uses five low-light lasers that cause the fat cells in the body to release their fatty contents into the space between the cells. If you stack these treatments every other day for two weeks people can lose 3 to 4 inches on average, and some people have even lost up to 8 or 9 inches."
