Shannon needs Rachael's help! She's always wanted to do a tastefully sexy photo of herself, and now that she's lost 47 pounds, she feels it's the perfect time. Shannon says she doesn't have the courage to bare it all on her own, but believes she could do it with Rachael's help. Well, maybe Rachael was willing to help a viewer conquer her fear of skydiving, but posing in the buff? That's not her expertise! For this special assignment, Rachael surprises Shannon with a little encouragement and advice from ... Carmen Electra!

When Shannon first arrives at the Fadil Berisha Studio, she's a bit anxious: "I can't believe I'm doing this!" she says. "This is by far the most crazy and daring thing that I have ever done in my entire life!" But Carmen eases her mind by sharing her own experience posing in the nude. "The first time I posed for Playboy I was so nervous," Carmen confides. "I was afraid to take my clothes off -- I was scared to death! And now, you just can't keep them on me!" Her advice to Shannon: "Focus on what you love about yourself -- focus on your best qualities."

The results are amazing! Shannon's husband Mike is impressed and already has a special place in mind to hang the photograph: "Above the mantel for poker night!" Rachael's quick to come to Shannon's aid: "Wrong answer, Mike! Wrong answer!"

In addition to starring in Epic Movie, Carmen is also the new face of Max Factor and is writing a book on how to be sexy. Rachael wants to know, "What's your top tip for women?"

Carmen says, "Be comfortable with who you are. Embrace what you don't like and you can set goals, like 'I'm going to go to the gym more,' 'I'm going to eat healthy.' You just have to figure out what works for you, because everyone's different."
