Everyone needs a little R&R -- in this case, Rachael and Rod! During rehearsals for Rod's concert in New York City (which sold out in a second!), Rachael asks him about his fiance Penny, his son Alastair and, of course, food!

Rachael: "Does Penny cook?"

Rod: "She does make the odd roast chicken and mashed potato."

Rachael: "Is your son into Barney or classic rock?"

Rod: "He's only 11-months old, so he goes to sleep with me crooning to him."

Rachael: "Do you have to watch what you eat?"

Rod: "I have a trainer who's been with me for a long time; he keeps a steady eye on what I eat. My downfall is that I just love wine -- empty calories, my dear."
