Rachael is taking her campaign to end childhood obesity straight into school lunchrooms, as she and her Yum-o! organization extend their partnership with President Bill Clinton's Alliance for a Healthier Generation and put tasty, low-fat meals on kids plates. "An enormous percentage of our young people are overweight," Clinton says, "and what that means is they are much more likely to develop diabetes." He hopes National Childhood Obesity Awareness month will get more people involved in the campaign to encourage healthy eating, through changes like adding Rachael's BBQ Turkey Sloppy Joes to school menus. "This is going to be the biggest thing she’s done!" he says.
