Rach has always wanted to help out kids and what better way to do it than through her passion ... food! So she's proud to be launching the Yum-o! organization, a not-for-profit with three primary goals:

Cook. Educating and empowering kids and their families to improve their relationship with cooking and teaching parents and kids how to make fun, nutritional, fast and affordable meals that families can prepare together.

Feed. Feeding hungry American kids and working with existing organizations to help get rid of hunger in America.

Fund. Funding cooking scholarships and rewarding public schools in America that make good decisions for their kids by providing students with scholarships toward pursuing a career in the food industry.

"We want to get parents and kids cooking healthier breakfasts, lunches, lunchboxes and dinners. Our goal is to get great recipes out there and to listen to parents' and kids' concerns about health and nutrition, and what their kids are eating both at school and at home. We want to be partners with every kid and parent in America," says Rachael.
