When Rachael learned Maria Shriver was hosting an inspiring day of speeches and networking for women, she was thrilled to get involved with the First Lady of California's efforts to help attendees get ahead in their careers. "We had an incredible group of women, many influential speakers and then me!" Rachael jokes. With her buddy Valerie Bertinelli by her side, Rachael offers her best piece of advice: "I think that if you love what you do, the magic part happens organically. You go to work and you work harder than the next guy or the next lady because you love what you do. And, never waste your time on the things that you can't change or the opinions other people have of you."
