The bar stools are packed every day at the Happy Hour Bar as a group of retired men get together with the intention of watching Rachael Ray. "I don't think it's unusual that the guys come in here and watch," says Bob, 62, who is proud to join his pals for their favorite show every morning.

"It's like a ritual. It's automatically on!" explains bartender Gwen. "We''ll talk about different recipes, what we cook."
