It's always a party when Rosie O'Donnell drops by the show, and today is a huge one because it's Rachael's 40th birthday! Rosie and some New York City public school children from Rosie's Broadway Kids surprise Rachael with a birthday song and dance before Rosie enlists her friend in a game of 20 questions:

What's your favorite smell?
Garlic and EVOO ... and my dog smells especially good for a puppy.

What movie makes you cry?
Most all movies make me cry ... but Life Is Beautiful is a huge crying one, and The Way We Were.

Who was your favorite teacher at school and why?
I had a lot of great teachers but I liked Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. They were a couple that ran the art department ... I loved to draw as a kid, I still do.

What was your favorite year - when you turned what age?
I was most looking forward to this one because the 30s were great!

First crush you ever had on a boy?
My first crush was Tom Jones, second crush was Sean Connery, and third was Louis Prima ... Tom Jones, I was like 4 and I still have a crush to this day!

What guest did you interview that surprised you the most?
Rosie is the only person who's ever gotten me to craft and sing and dance in the same episode!

Best advice your mom ever gave you?
The same as my grandfather: You can either laugh or you can cry - it's your choice what you do.

When was the last time you laughed so hard that it hurt?
I think the last time you were here ... sounds like I'm buttering the bread, doesn't it?

Finish this sentence: I feel safest when ...
I'm with my dog and in bed.

What was the earliest memory you have?
Burning my thumb on a grill in my mom's kitchen.

If you received the perfect e-mail, what would it say and who would it be from?
My mom and it would say, "I finally learned how to write an e-mail and I love you very much."

If you could eat one food the rest of your life without gaining weight, what would it be?
Pasta!
