Rachael's "Dress for Success" Surprise

One of Rachael's favorite organizations is Dress for Success, a non-profit program that helps disadvantaged women become economically independent by providing professional attire, support and resources. "We help women get a job, keep the job and really thrive in their job," explains programming coordinator Leslie Fender. "Initially, we help them understand how to dress professionally both for an interview and for their new career, and when they get a job we invite them to come back for more career coaching."

Austin-based jewelry designer Kendra Scott, who has become involved with the program, knows what these women are going through. "I started my business when I had a little baby at home," recalls Kendra. "My husband had lost his job and we were in a tough financial spot, so I understand what it's like to feel lost."
