Rachael’s “Second Chance” Cake with Buddy

There’s a reason Rachael doesn’t like to bake! "It goes back to when I was a little kid," she explains, "and I tried to make my mom this lemon cottage cake. I had to sift four times and walk across the house tiptoeing in my socks so the cake wouldn't fall. The thing was a disaster — it was like a big lemon hockey puck!"

Rachael says that she's grown over the years and has dipped her toe back into the baking game little by little, but now it's time to head down memory lane and conquer her fear of the "Lemon Cottage Cake."
