Before he made his way to Project Runway, designer Kevin Christiana was a member of our staff! Now he's got a new fashion challenge: designing a special dress for Rachael. "I was hoping you might come up with a Valentine plan for me ... something I could cook in and look hot in that my husband would like," Rachael says and gives him a few instructions. "Low cut looks good on me, I need to camoflage the caboose."

Kevin welcomes the job and says Rachael is the perfect subject for his designs. "I have this undying love for real women and making them feel good. So I think Rachael represents that as a person, and I like to represent that in my clothing," he says. "There is some pressure in that. I hope Rachael has a really good reaction to this piece I'm making her."

He then reveals the black dress and wool cashmere jacket with red lining, and Rachael gives a rave response: "I love this! It's super cute."
