Christian Slater had one request for his visit with Rach: The handsome actor asked if he could get a cooking lesson! "This is the real deal. You actually asked if I could show you how to make one of two things - chicken parmigiana or bolognese?" Rachael asks Christian as they get started in the kitchen. "Do you actually do some cooking at home?" The star of The Forgotten admits "not an ounce" and is eager to learn. "I'm taking my jacket off," he says. "I want to look like a real chef!"

They make Big Boy Bolognese with Pappardelle and head to the kitchen table to chat about Christian's new ABC crime series, The Forgotten, and his upcoming appearance on Curb Your Enthusiasm, which he credits to a chance encounter with the show's creator. "I take these walks in Los Angeles around this golf course and Larry David was filming one day," Christian explains. "He was just getting out of his Prius and walking to the set ... I just said, 'I'm a huge fan' and then he called me to be a part of this season for an episode!" Rachael is excited to see Christian on one of her favorite shows and notes: "I too am a huge fan, and I too ride a Prius to work!"
