In 2007, Mandy Moore thrilled a school of courageous students when she was part of the Prom for Enterprise High. Now Rachael is returning the favor by helping Mandy meet a goal she's set for herself --learning how to cook. The singer/actress explains that it's all part of a site she's been championing called UPumpItUp. "It's a social networking site just for women," Mandy says. "It's all about finding balance in your life and helping promote wellness. We're asking women to sign up and post challenges for themselves."

To help Mandy sharpen her cooking skills, Rachael designs a simple Chicken with Mushroom Dijon Gravy recipe. "It seems to be a universal meal that everyone loves," Rach says. "And I figure you could also use it for date night too!"

"I need to find a date first, but that sounds good!" Mandy jokes.
