He has influenced a generation with hits like "Maggie May" and "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?", but these days Rod Stewart is letting some other people in his house set the music trends. "I do have six kids that are continually playing their [favorite] music, so that's where I listen to all my new stuff. Don't ask me what I listen to! - I listen to my kids!" he jokes, admitting the kids rule the roost. "They do!" His kids range in age from 4 to 22, and the 64-year-old isn't done! "We're trying for one more," Rod tells Rachael. "I'm going to try tonight when I get back to Los Angeles! -- Oh my wife's going to kill me. She hates it when I say stuff like that!""

While he is focused on the future of his family, the rocker is also taking some time to honor his past with his new album Soulbook, a collection of 60s and 70s hits. "These guys - Sam Cooke, Ottis Redding - they led me down the path to becoming a musician so I owe them," Rod says. "This album is sort of a tribute to them."
