Roma Downey and husband Mark Burnett have a string of enormous television hits between them, and explain their new History Channel miniseries The Bible was inspired by their family. "We have three teenagers at home and we tried to get them to sit through The Ten Commandments a few years ago," Roma says, "with no disrespect to it, we were raised on it and we loved it, but it's 50 years old." Their newer take, featuring more current special effects and music contributions from Cee Lo and Blake Shelton, premieres Sunday, with Roma and an international cast. Mark jokes that the young people in their house made a special request for the project: "We've been working on this for four years and as we left for Morocco for six months our teenagers said to us, "Of all things, guys, do not make the special effects lame!'"
