For Rachael's 40th Birthday bash, Rosie O'Donnell performed a song and dance with some of her Broadway Kids. "It was the greatest birthday surprise ever," Rachael says. Now it's payback time, and Rachael's got something huge in store for Rosie!

To plan the surprise, Rachael confers with Lorie Klinger, artistic director of Rosie's Broadway Kids, who explains that their Acte II facility could use a rooftop makeover. "I want the kids to feel like they have a place to chill out," she tells Rachael. "Their space." So Rachael calls in her DIY buddy Kristan Cunningham to transform the barren rooftop into a welcoming area for the kids that could also function as a place to hold fundraisers and charity events.

After seeing video of the amazing transformation, Rosie is shocked. "I love it!" she exclaims. "I'm moving in there!"

With the surprise score settled, Rachael and Rosie strike a new deal: if Rosie comes back to show Rachael her mother's London broil recipe, Rachael will bring goodies to the set of Rosie's variety special, Rosie Live! "Honey," Rosie tells her, "if you bring food, you can get past any security guard on any show I am working on, no matter who you are!"
