Ilse has changed a lot in twenty years, but there's one thing that hasn't changed -- her hair! Ilse's sick of having the same look since grade school, but isn't really sure what she should do with it. "In the '80s, big curly hair was in, says Ilse, "so I was in. Now I think my hair has become who I am and I've grown too comfortable with it and need a change." Since Ilse can't make a decision, Rachael steps in and takes charge: "We need to do something about this hair, but I can't do it, I can only cook!" Rach gives Ilse over to the hair and makeup team to work their magic.
The Result:

"I love it," Ilse exclaims. "I feel like a new woman!" Ilse's husband doesn't even recognize her! "I wasn't sure if it was her," he says. "She looks so beautiful."
