Sara Ramirez is showing off her singing talent in tonight's first musical event on Grey’s Anatomy, still, she says viewers shouldn't expect a Broadway-style chorus. "The word musical tends to mislead people, they expect jazz hands and dancing down the aisles - and it's so not that!" she tells Rach. "It's very contemporary." As a Broadway performer out with her own debut album, titled Sara Ramirez, the star was all set for this episode. But will fans approve? She says they definitely pay attention to reactions when they push boundaries on the series. "Don't think we're not informed about how people feel," she says. "We care!"
