The search for the Next Food Network Star continues as the five finalists show off their skills in Rachael's kitchen! This week's challenge: Each cook must create a recipe that's fun, healthy and good for the whole family ... and each must enlist the help of a Girl Scout Brownie in their four-minute demonstration! After judges Bobby Flay, Bob Tuschman and Susie Fogelson make their decision, which four will be moving on for a chance to be The Next Food Network Star?

Chef Flay explains what the judges will be looking for in the contestants' presentations. "Obviously we want to make sure that they're exciting," he explains, "that they can really hold onto the audience, that the food is obviously inventive and nutritious and it represents them. And also, of course, they have their kid consultant, so it has to be kid-friendly. And they have to be able to handle you, Rachael!"

Once the five cooks have completed their demonstrations, Bob Tuschman explains that the competition in Rachael's kitchen in front of a live studio audience enabled the judges to get a new perspective of the contestants. "We saw some people come to life here, in front of you and your audience, that we've never seen before," he says, "so we saw new sides of them tonight."

The contestants have to sweat it out for a few more days before one of them is sent packing this Sunday night, but for those who will be moving on, the judges have a huge surprise -- the next challenge will take the contestants to Las Vegas!
