Prince William's Chef
From 1989 to 2000, Carolyn Robb served as the chef to a young Prince William and the royal British family. Rachael asks her if Prince William and his brother Harry were picky eaters. "Not really, no," Carolyn says. "They were really good, considering how picky most little kiddies are. And we had so much fun; we had lots of big adventures with cooking - lots of piping bags full of cream and meringue mix!"
Carolyn shares her prediction for the reception menu at this April's royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton. "I think it's going to be very contemporary, very British, and not over-extravagant," she says. "It's really interesting looking at royal wedding menus over the past several generations. They certainly got simpler and simpler: The prince and the princess had three courses; the queen had five courses, and with the queen mother, you were looking at a much more elaborate menu."
