Teen star Selena Gomez is adding a new title to her list of credits, which already includes her young debut in Barney, the movie Horton Hears a Who and her current Disney series Wizards of Waverly Place. "I am the 2008 Trick-or-Treat UNICEF spokesperson. I'm actually the youngest ambassador that there ever has been," the 16-year-old tells Rachael. Selena is hoping to inspire her young fans to collect change for UNICEF when they're out collecting Halloween candy. "There's a lot of kids who don't even get to have candy ... honestly you could give 5 cents and it could change a child's life forever."
