Nicole took her love of eggs and decided to conduct her own science experiment: Which liquid makes them the fluffiest? But when it came time to present her project at a science fair, the inventive 6-year-old knew she had to come up with a unique presentation. "Some people put their little experiments up on the table with a poster," Nicole tells Rachael, "but I couldn't because mine had eggs. So I thought about making a video tape instead." While mom held the camera, Nicole cooked up five batches of eggs using different liquids in each: butter, milk, half & half, whipping cream and a control batch of just plain eggs. Her award-winning discovery? Nicole recommends whipping cream for the fluffiest eggs!
