When Rachael introduces comedian Tracy Morgan, he's nowhere to be found ... until Rach checks the greenroom and finds him chowing down on all the backstage eats! "We have to get married!" he tells Rachael. "The most important ingredient in any meal is love and that's all love!"

Tracy tells Rach how he loves working on 30 Rock with series creator and star Tina Fey, and the freedom his crazy role allows him. "I enjoy playing that character," he says, "because I get to fly over the cuckoo's nest each week. Tina's got my voice, she's a genius. I get to release all of that energy on film and act crazy and not go to jail for it!"
