Patent leather is in for summer, but not in the traditional black. "I'm seeing patent leather in every color from primary to neon hues," says Gretta. Save on this trend by purchasing accessories like belts to add a little shine and color to your wardrobe.

"Yellow is a huge color for the summer. We're seeing it everywhere from clothes to interior design," says Gretta. "My favorite is buying a yellow clutch, because clutch bags are starting to be used as wallets during the day and then transitioning to carrying it as your bag at night."

Wearing white is always a big trend in the summer, but not just for clothing. "Big white sunglasses allow you to infuse some of this seasonal trend into your wardrobe," says Gretta. "And you look instantly glam without spending too much money."

Similar to white, clear accessories are also in style. "Lucite bracelets and necklaces are a big statement and an inexpensive way to add a sparkle to your outfit," says Gretta.
