Gordon Ramsay is gearing up for the big Hell's Kitchen finale and says it's the most exciting showdown he's ever seen. "I really mean that," he says as he describes his surprise over who made it to the finals. "One was an underdog in a way that that person emerged overnight. Extraordinary."

While Gordon chats with Rachael during his return to her kitchen, he's also sharing recipes for Veal Scallop with Sauteed Vegetables and Strawberry Shortbreads from his latest cookbook, Fast Food. With such great dishes in his repertoire, Rach asks if he often invites folks over to his house for dinner. "No I don't," Gordon says. "I'd rather invite them to the restaurant, that way I can charge them!"
