Every year, Toni makes a list of all the things she wants to do. "But life just seems to get in the way and I never get around to doing them," she says regretfully. Now that the big 3-0 is right around the corner, she's committed to accomplishing all the goals on her list -- all 30!

Some items on Toni's list:

• Lose 40 pounds

• Learn how to ride a motorcycle

• Be in two places at once

• Do some community service

• Fall in love with her husband all over again
Toni starts scratching things off her list with Rachael's help. "You said you wanted to do some community service," Rachael notes. "We called the Humane Society and they're ready to set you up with an assignment." Rachael also sets her up with motorcycle lessons, and since Rachael's show is seen in 50 states, Toni can been seen in 50 places at once -- much better than only being in two places at once!

Toni's in for a big surprise when Rachael helps her check off a big one on her list: "#28: Acknowledge those who have inspired me." She reunites Toni with Karen, a mentor from years ago who gave Toni the confidence to realize her dreams. Toni explains, "She told me, 'You are beautiful, you can be anything you want.' And I have; I have become a person I can be proud of."
