When Eugen Jano quit his Wall Street desk job in the 1980s for something a bit more livelier, his search ended when he got behind the wheel as a New York City cab driver! "You are part action hero, part priest, part friend -- everything!" Eugene says. "I am the three-dollar psychologist."
The Romanian immigrant may be a whiz at his job, but can he handle one of Rachael's challenges? He's asked to shuttle a hungry New Yorker to the studio by the time Rachael finishes cooking gnocchi two ways ... leaving him only 15 minutes to complete the mission! He arrives just in time and wins a to-go bag of the dinner as his happy passenger enjoys a meal at the kitchen table.
