The contestants have all crossed the finish line at South Street Seaport, but the real challenge is just beginning!
Colby greets the contestants aboard the 145-foot Atlantica in New York Harbor with their first cooking assignment -- create a sample platter of hors d'oeuvres in 45 minutes using three main ingredients. As the victor of the Amazing Taste, Pete gets to choose the ingredients for himself and assign the rest to his competition. Then it's off to the galley to prepare their dishes for some judges with pretty high-standards -- a boat-load of die-hard Rachael Ray fans!
