Do you want to know when your face will look its best for photographs? Or if you should work out first thing in the morning or late in the evening? Rachael's buddy Gretta tells you the best time of the day to do practically anything!

The best time to have your photo taken is 12 noon. "Because you're puffy in the morning, and you have to shake off that sluggishness," Gretta explains. "And at the end of the day, you get a little stressed out and your face looks fatigued."

If you need a little help freshening up your skin, Gretta's got some more tips. "Save your teabags," she says. "Put them on your eyes when they're cold and they'll take down the swelling and tighten up the eye area. And toners -- no one knows what to do with them. Spritz your cotton balls with toner and throw them in the fridge. Later, take them out, wash your face with them and in two seconds you're bright and shiny and the toner gives you some circulation, gets your face looking photo fresh."

The best time to exercise is 6 pm. "Your lungs, your body function, everything is optimum at that point," Gretta says. "Everything's at its peak. Late afternoon, early evening is the best, when your muscles are all stretched out for the day."

The best time to shop for shoes is at the end of the day. "If you go later in the day, your feet are swelled. If you buy shoes first thing in the day, you might buy them too tight," advises Gretta.

Rachael's got a tip for Gretta in return. "They say, 'Don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry.' Baloney!" Rachael says. "Only go grocery shopping when you're hungry because then everything you want for dinner jumps right out at you!"
