The Wrap Dress

"Annette is a size 2," Gretta explains, "and is concerned that she can only shop for petite sizes because of her height. Noelle, a size 4-6, says her thing is that she's top heavy -- she's bigger on top, smaller on the bottom. And Blaze, a size 16, thinks she can't shop for the same brands or in the same stores as everyone else can." The solution? Gretta dresses all three women in a wrap dress. "This is why Diane Von Furstenberg is possibly the greatest woman born in our lifetime," Rach exclaims. "God bless the wrap dress! It keeps all your business in and it makes everything look bigger or smaller depending on how you want it to work out. It's just so comfortable and good."

The Empire Waist Top

Amy, size zero, Shanna, size 8, and Christina, size 12, all sport an Empire waist top. Gretta says, "You always want to go with a round neck or a v-neck to flatter any single size or shape out there. It's just universally flattering to not be in a high or square neck. Also, the sleeve is more of a demi-sleeve and that's important for all the sizes to help elongate your arm. Gretta suggests a specific type of pant to be worn with this top. "You want a flat front, men's classic trouser," she says. "You can wear them forever. And no pockets in front and back is the most flattering. Make sure they have no more than two percent stretch or they'll start to gather and ride --it cheapens the fabric so it doesn't hold its shape as well."

The Suit

Gretta says, "Women always say to me, 'I wish I could be like my husband and keep my suits for years and never worry about it. I'm always having to buy new things.' Very few women realize, you should invest not just in a skirt, but in the whole suit. You save money buying the two pieces." Gretta does these outfits in grey rather than black, just to show that you can wear it on all sizes; Melissa is a size zero, Janelle is a size 2 and Nicole is a size 16. "And the white button-down shirt -- you can do it in any color," Gretta says. "People will say to me, 'If I'm a 16, I can't layer, I can't wear that look.' But I say, keep it fitted, keep it thin and go with a cashmere that's very lightweight and v-neck."
