Since Project Runway became a runaway hit, Tim Gunn has become a household name, but he's not letting the attention get to his head. Recently, he was at an airport when 30 teenage girls mobbed him for his autograph. "It's times like that when I have this out-of-body experience and I think, 'This is really surreal!'" he tells Rachael. But only moments later, he says, "This gentleman my age came up to me and he looked at me and asked, 'Who are you?'"

Rachael is eager to find out the fate of the new season of his reality show, which has been tied up in a lawsuit between two networks. "We've taped season six ... it's a fabulous season!" says Tim, explaining that the courts will decide when and where it gets on the air. "The people I'm most concerned with are the designers on the show. I want them to have this airtime so people know who they are and get excited about their work."

In the meantime, Tim is preparing to host a different kind of show, the Addressing Psoriasis Fashion Show, which will raise awareness about the 7 million Americans suffering from the immune disease. "On the runway we will have individuals with medium to severe plaque psoriasis, which is a very extreme case, and who also have an inspiring story to tell about how this disease has not gotten the better of them and has not caused them to compromise their fashion and their story," says Tim, whose sister suffers from the immune disease. "The number one issue for them is what do I do about my clothes? I have itchy skin and it's visible."
