When Date Night's Tina Fey and Steve Carell walk out onto the stage, the audience goes so crazy that Rachael decides it's only fair to let them ask some of the questions, too!

"What were your first impressions of each other?"

Tina: "Steve is known for being one of the nicest people in America, and it is true!"

Steve: "She's just great and even nicer than I anticipated she would be ... Obviously what you see on TV - she's incredibly intelligent and funny, she's got everything going for her!"

"I've been married almost 10 years now ... what do you recommend to keep the relationship fresh?"

Tina: "Wigs and masks?"

Steve: "We're both a little reticent about doling out advice, but I will say that in terms of me and my wife it's just sort of ... the little reminders of how much we care and being connected as opposed to the grand gestures every once in a while. It's sort of the day-to-day connections that I think help."

"I'm an actress and I've been going on crazy auditions, it's just terrible - the audition process. What's your craziest audition story?"

Tina: "The weirdest audition I ever had was once I auditioned for a commercial in Chicago where I had to pretend I was talking to Michael Jordan in his underpants!"

Steve: "The best audition I ever had came three days after the birth of our daughter, because I just didn't care anymore about anything besides her so it really put everything in perspective and I auditioned so much better! ... So, have a lot of kids!"
