They've been sharing Thursday night for years on NBC with their hit sitcoms 30 Rock and The Office, but it took the comedy Date Night to truly bring Tina Fey and Steve Carell together on screen, where they share a four-minute kiss through the movie's credits. "No matter how much you like someone, four minutes is a long time to kiss!" Steve jokes. "After 30 seconds we were like, 'How long do we have to do this?'"

In the movie, they play a married couple who go out on the town to put the sparks back in their relationship, but end up mistaken for another couple who are on the run. Aside from loving the movie, Rachael points out the big name cameos, especially Mark Wahlberg's scenes.

"I know why it was your favorite performance," Steve says, "he never wears a shirt in the entire movie!"

Tina jokes that her co-star was a great sport about Mark's physique. "We went on this long press tour for the movie through Europe and Steve was so patient, because we literally talked to like 300 reporters and every single one was like, 'Steve, was it hard for you because Mark Wahlberg is so much more handsome than you?'"
In real life, Steve and Tina are both happily married to other people, but Rachael wants to know if they've ever had a dating disaster. "I had one guy on a date tell me, 'Oh you could be really pretty if you lost weight," says Tina. "And I married him! No, I'm kidding."

"There was one date," Steve recalls, "I was at like an ice cream shop and I dropped ice cream in my lap and rather than look uncool, since I thought she might not have seen it happen, I let it melt and dry on my pants and of course it doesn't become invisible!"
