When Beyoncé serenaded President Obama and his wife Michelle with "At Last" during one of the inauguration balls, there was hardly a dry eye across America -- and Beyoncé's own mom was no exception. "I was crying," she tells Rachael. "I was right up front, and it was just like a moment in time -- I was just so proud!"

Tina has a lot to be proud of when it comes to Beyoncé, including the success of her massive hit "Single Ladies," for which Tina designed the one-shoulder leotard worn by her daughter. The talented mom explains that she has three clothing lines, each created with the goal of affordability: House of Deréon, Deréon and Miss Tina.
