Like most high school seniors, Jessica is planning to go the prom and attend her graduation. But the 17-year-old has another big day a few months after she finishes high school -- her November wedding. "Sometimes I think, yeah, maybe we're young but I really think we're ready," Jessica says. And her future husband seems just as convinced they are making the right choice to get married. "We've been together for over a year and she's just the world to me," Andy says.

The teens also have the support of Jessica's mom, but Jessica still wants the approval of one more person. "Getting advice from you would be so cool!" she says to Rachael.

"What are you possibly thinking?" Rachael asks, acknowledging that it's not the response Jessica hopes to hear. "You have braces on your teeth! This is the time in your life to discover all of the things that you are going to discover." But she keeps an open mind by suggesting that Jessica and Andy meet with a marriage counselor before making their decision final.

Their trip to counselor proves to be a useful visit. "I think the counseling went pretty well," says Jessica, who learned about the need to consider their finances, careers and educations. "I'll maybe take up a couple more sessions."

Since they met with Rachael, the couple did get married with their friends and family in Florida. "We of course wish both of those bright young people all of the best," she says.
