Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott may seem like they have their hands full taking care of their three kids Liam, Stella and Hattie, but as Tori reveals, they obviously find time for themselves — baby number four is on the way! "My friends, when I told them, they were like, 'Did you plan on this?'" laughs Tori. "I'm like, 'Do you think I planned on getting pregnant when my newborn was a month old? No!'
