Think you don't have enough time in your day to be healthy? The Doctors’ Travis Stork explains that little steps can make a big difference. "Everyone feels like, 'If I don't go to the gym two hours a day, or if I don't eat perfectly at every meal, I'm not being healthy,'" he tells Rachael. "Healthy is all about those little decisions you make each and every day that you don't even think about. Most of the decisions that affect our lives take 5 minutes or less."
Travis and his fellow docs on The Doctors have compiled a number of these quick fixes in their new book, The Doctors 5-Minute Health Fixes: The Prescription for a Lifetime of Great Health.
