Tyra Banks has been a champion for empowering young girls with self-esteem through her TZONE Foundation at the Lower Eastside Girls Club and events like their "Flawsome Ball". Tyra explains the name: "You, plus your flaws, plus awesome equals flawsome! We are celebrating all kinds of differences; you know when you go to a ball, all the tables have numbers? We ain't got no numbers at my ball! We got the 'Itty-Bitty Boob' table, we have the 'Little Pooch' table, and of course, I'm heading up the 'Big Forehead' table!"
