"I can't believe I'm surfing again!" says Valerie Bertinelli, who's hitting the waves in Hawaii to celebrate her new fit shape after reaching her goal weight on a Jenny Craig diet. Now that she's back in the water, Valerie wants to inspire others to slim down, so she had Jenny Craig film her first surfing outing for a commercial. "I thought, wouldn't that be great and such a sense of accomplishment if I was able to do that and we could film it? And people could see ... Look if I can do it, you can do it. And I did it!"
