Now in her 26th season of turning letters and cheering for contestants on Wheel of Fortune, Vanna White has earned a Guinness World Record for Most Frequent Clapper. "I just want to know who took the time to count all those claps!" she laughs.

Vanna tells Rachael that she originally didn't think she was going to be hired for what turned out to be the world's most famous game show hostess. "Of the 200 women who auditioned," Vanna says, "I was the most nervous. My knees were shaking, I could hardly talk I was so nervous talking to Pat. And when I auditioned, I just did what I do today -- I walk out, say hi to Pat and go and turn letters -- and Merv Griffin selected me, God bless him!"

When she's not turning letters, Vanna's favorite thing to do is crochet. "I learned when I was 5 years old from my grandmother," she explains, before inviting others to get "hooked" on the hobby with own line of yarn, with half the proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

When Vanna admits that she's 51, Rachael's got to hear her beauty secrets. "I eat, I exercise," she says. "I try to go to bed early, which I do -- I like that because I have young kids, so I'm up at six in the morning. I don't know -- I just kind of work out a lot and do what everybody else does, I guess!"

Online only! Backstage, Vanna shares her must-have items -- and you won't believe where she keeps them!
