Oversized bags are quite the trend ... but what's everyone carrying around inside those Mary Poppins-like bags? Rachael borrows the three heaviest bags from her audience to find out, and then gives a peek inside her own bag to reveal the 6 essential items no woman's purse should be without.

A cell battery booster. "It gives you another hour of battery power," says Rach.

World's smallest umbrella. "I never remember to carry around a big umbrella and this fits right inside my bag and doesn't take up too much space," Rachael advises.

Notepad and pencil. "You never know when an idea will strike," warns Rach. "And I like a pencil instead of a pen because it doesn't leak."

Moisturizer. "For the hands and the lips. I keep a hand cream because when you cook, your hands are always dry," says Rach.

Pain relievers. "Always good to have on hand. You never know when you're going to need them," Rachael advises.

Band-Aids. "This is my favorite item," says Rachael. "Because I wear the girly shoes, I need these for my blisters."
