THROWBACK: Rach Tries On Nick Swisher's World Series Ring In 2010
"You start to get sized for a ring come playoff time," Nick tells Rach while catching up ahead of MLB's 116th World Series. "It's so cool trying it on, because while you're doing that, you're thinking to yourself, 'Am I really in a position to win a World Series and get a ring?' It's crazy!"
"You don't get the ring until the next year, Opening Day, which is a humongous celebration," Nick adds, recalling the Yankees' celebration in the Bronx in 2010, following their 2009 World Series win.
