If, like one of our viewers, the coronavirus pandemic has left you with more cabbage than you know what to do with, Rachael has your back with cabbage recipe ideas. (You might not realize it, but cabbage is quite a versatile and tasty veggie if you dress it up right!)
Q: My CSA delivery box contained three heads of cabbage! What can I do with it all?

Rachael's Cabbage Recipe Ideas
1. Stir-Fried Cabbage (aka Mu Shu)
"Mu Shu — stir-fried cabbage — [is] delicious," Rach says.
"I love stuffed cabbage," Rach says, "and that's a great make-ahead and freeze-ahead [meal]."
"You can make it vegetarian, you can make it with meat, or you can make it with plant-based meat products."
3. Cabbage Pie with Sautéed Cabbage
"We love to sauté cabbage with garlic and potato and sage in butter," Rach says. "Take it out of the pan, line the skillet with prosciutto or speck, mix half the cabbage with eggs and parm cheese, put some cabbage at the bottom of the pan, pour the egg mixture over the top, tuck in the ham and bake the pie until it's set. It's gorgeous, it's beautiful."
(Rach has also made a Stuffed Cabbage Cake With Sausage on our show!)
4. Slaw
"Just make a whole bunch of slaw," Rach suggests. "You can put that on burgers, hot dogs, roll it into sandwiches and subs."
