You know the drill. You buy new shoes — whether they're flats, boots or high heels — and the first day wearing them is brutal. (Blisters and cuts galore. Gah!)
But what if you could help prevent them so you didn't grow to resent your pretty new shoes?
Well, E! News co-host Lilliana Vazquez — who's up and at 'em at 2:45 in the morning and in sky-high heels soon after — says she swears by Barefoot Scientist's PreHeels+ Blister Prevention Spray.
"It creates an invisible barrier so there's no friction between your foot and the shoe," Lilliana tells Rach. "Before I go on air, [I] spray it all over [my] feet."
"You're supposed to let it dry for a minute and let it set," she continues, "and it protects your foot from blisters. It's amazing. It's a game-changer."
Beauty shouldn't have to be pain, are we right?
