Sunny Anderson's 2-Ingredient Smoked Cheesy Bread
Serves 4
8 ounces shredded smoked Gouda
Preheat oven or grill to 400°F. Cut several lateral and horizontal slits into the top of the bread without going all the way through. Stuff the crevices with the cheese. Wrap with aluminum foil tightly and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 minutes more to crisp the top. Serve warm!
Sunny Anderson's 2-Ingredient Grilled Italian Chicken
Serves 4
3 cups Italian salad dressing
1 whole, skin-on chicken, cut into parts
Marinate the chicken. To a large bag, add 2 cups of the dressing and chicken. Rest on the counter at room temperature for 2 hours.
Grill the chicken. Preheat the grill to 375°F. Remove the chicken from the back and pat dry with a paper towel. Place on the direct heat of the grill skin-side down and cook until a peek reveals grill marks and the chicken releases from the grill easily, about 8 minutes. Flip and move to the indirect heat portion of the grill. Close the grill and baste every 10 minutes until cooked through, each piece will take a different amount of time.
Sunny Anderson's 2-Ingredient Rum Pineapple
Serves 4
8 ounces dark rum
8 fresh pineapple slices (1-inch thick)
Marinate the pineapple. To a large bag, add the rum and the pineapple slices. Soak for 30 minutes.
Grill the pineapple. Preheat the grill to 350°F. Remove pineapple slices from the bag gently pat dry with paper towels. Place directly on the grill. Grill slices until a peek beneath reveals golden grill marks; flip and cook until the other side is done, about 4 minutes. Serve over pound cake with ice cream.
