We look forward to Oprah's Favorite Things every year, but this year is EXTRA special—because it's the list's 25th anniversary!
"Can y'all believe that it all started as a way for me to share joy and gratitude to the people who matter most?" Oprah says.
We're so happy she hasn't stopped, because per usual, we LOVE this year's list—especially because, just like Oprah's Favorite Things 2020, it focuses on small businesses, with a special emphasis on those owned by women and people of color.
"We're inspired by their stories," she says, "and we hope that you will be, too."
It wasn't easy for us to pick our favorites (there are 110 amazing items on the list this year!), but we decided to pick 16 favorites—because it's our Sweet 16 season!
Oprah's BFF Gayle King and the Creative Director of "Oprah Daily," Adam Glassman, even visited our show to highlight six of the picks (watch in the video above).
Before we get into it, though, we have to give an honorable mention to the Tovala Smart Oven ("Gayle swears this kept her fed through isolation," Oprah says. "You can scan the barcode of a grocery item and the oven will adjust its settings to cook it."), which is on sale for $99 right now. That's $200 off! HURRY.
Gifts Under $50 From Oprah's Favorite Things 2021
We don't know about you, but our hands need a little extra TLC lately.
Dressing for transitional weather can be tricky! This insulated, water-repellent vest with a detachable hood is just what almost anyone on your list probably needs.
Who doesn't love matching holiday jammies for the whole family—especially when they're made out of 100% organic cotton?!
Vegan leather, countless compartments AND under $50? Yes, yes and yes.
You know no gift list of ours is complete without delish snacks. These gluten-free cookies apparently taste like pecan pie, so sign us up ASAP.
Oprah loves wearing glasses as an accessory—and she says she and her BFF Gayle went "gaga" over these blue light-blocking readers. We're guessing so will your loved one!
Let's be honest—not all touch-screen gloves actually work. (We've all been there—endlessly tapping on our phone screens!) But Oprah says these are made using a high-tech weaving process that promises precision.
This waffle iron makes STUFFED Belgian waffles. Need we say more? In the words of Oprah, "Just plain decadent."
"These are extra special because they were created with inclusivity in mind," Oprah says about this amazing crayon set. What a beautiful gift for kids!
"[You and Oprah] got me hooked on these years ago," Rachael tells Gayle. But NOW, the delicious English muffins come with homemade strawberry jam, too. It just keeps getting better!
We love cozy socks as much as the next person—but we don't love overheating! Enter these temperature-regulating socks that come in a trio of colors.
We'll all hopefully be traveling a bit more soon (fingers crossed!), so this travel-friendly rechargeable toothbrush (with a 2-minute timer) is the perfect practical gift for 2021.
"Oprah just happens to be one of the rebel girls—we're not surprised about that," Gayle says. "It's about 100 tales of trailblazing extraordinary women. The illustrations are great [and it's] easy to read." What a great gift for pre-teens!
Splurge Gifts From Oprah's Favorite Things 2021
Available in no less than 24 colors (so there definitely is a shade for everyone on your list!), these quilted slides are crafted from Nappa leather and the brand's Propelium® compound, offering wearers the kind of luxe cushioning and rebound you'd find in a running shoe. As Oprah puts it, "Here's a post-workout treat for feet."
Fun fact: The "cowboy gourmet," Tom Perini, opened Perini Ranch Steakhouse on his family’s ranch in Buffalo Gap, Texas, in 1983—and today, almost 40 years later, the house's beef tenderloin is a favorite among U.S. presidents, movie stars—and now, Oprah, too! And the best part? It arrives fully cooked to a perfect medium rare and ready for your stomach!
"Sometimes it's hard to figure out how to mix and match your bracelets," Adam says. Well, this trio does the work for you (or your giftee)!
