We all have our favorite tried-and-true restaurants that have been around for decades, but who isn't always looking for a new spot to shake things up a bit?
That's why we reached out to some of our favorite chef, foodie and celeb friends to weigh in on their favorite new hot spots around America (from NYC to LA, bakeries to bars and everything in between) — and boy, did they deliver.
(We have about 100 of their picks below — PLUS, for a few, some recommendations on what to order when you're there!)
For starters, Rach's co-host for the day, Jesse Palmer, says Charles Prime Rib is a must-go when you're in NYC. (And even though they're *obviously* known for their prime rib, Jesse is a unique guy, so he goes for the burger. Either sounds delicious to us!)
And that's just ONE pick.
