The Family Inspiration Behind Curtis Stone's New Restaurant Aired March 17, 2014
As he preps his St. Paddy's Day hangover menu, chef Curtis Stone tells Rach about the inspiration behind Maude, his new 25-seat Beverly Hills restaurant. "Maude was my granny. I tell everybody, she's the first person that introduced me to good food," he says. "But the real reason I named my restaurant after her is, she was the most religious one in our family. Now she's upstairs, I figure she'll be looking out for me and she'll be pulling a few strings [laughter]." For more information about his restaurant Maude, click here!
