If idea of baking anything on Thanksgiving stresses you out (hey, Rachael's the first to admit she struggles with it), never fear: 'The Chew's' Carla Hall is here to put you on the right track with her quick-and-easy tips making the perfect crust.
What to do? For starters, make sure to flower your surface. Then, using your rolling pin, roll the dough out. Always push out, not hard, without ever going over the edges.
Turn your crust a quarter of the way with each push to get it even on all sides.
If you want to put it halfway over your pie bowl, flip the crust over your rolling pin and place it onto the bowl. Then open the crust back up so it stretches over all sides.
